Work Intelligence OS
Personal-first work intelligence and reflection for developers & knowledge workers
In the app
Overview
A reflection layer on top of how you work: capture what you actually did, see patterns in context switching and work-type mix, and close each day with clarity. Web app, PWA, and Android app—same account and data. No productivity scores; only clarity, patterns, and closure.
Core workflow
Everything in the app supports one loop: Plan (optional) → Log → Insight → Closure, with gentle reminders keeping the loop in view.
Plan
Define projects, goals, tasks, milestones—or get a first draft from the AI Project Planner. This is what you intend.
Log
Record what you actually did: date, project, work type, short note, and optionally which task. This is what happened.
Insight
The app turns logs into a daily briefing, weekly story, monthly view, and patterns over the last 14 days. Observations only; no scores.
Closure
Close the day with a short reflection (built from your data) and an optional note. A mental bookmark: today is done.
Problem
Most of us juggle several projects and plan more than we can do. Tools track plans but not reality—leading to guilt and a sense that work never quite makes sense.
Solution
A reflection layer that captures reality, surfaces patterns, and closes the loop with calm end-of-day closure—no scores, no shame.
Key Features
Daily work log — date, project, work type, note, optional task link
Projects with goals, tasks, milestones — list, board, calendar views

Close the day — end-of-day reflection from your data + optional note
Reminders — end-of-day, weekly, overdue, no-progress; in-app, email, OS push

- →Narratives powered by OpenAI (gpt-4o-mini) when key set; fallback templates
- →Server Actions for mutations; cron + DB for reminders, push, weekly insights
- →Recharts for insight and pattern charts; @dnd-kit for sortable project views
- →Clerk auth; Resend for email; Web Push (VAPID) for OS-level nudges
- →Single codebase: web, PWA, Android (Trusted Web Activity); timezone-aware
